Great Customer service from everyone there!. Whenever i HAVE BEEN IN THERE THEY ALWAYS GREET YOU QUICKL(LIke in a starbucks) and then when your place in line is only 3 away, they text you to let you know you are almost up. very nice. Then each one of the employees treat you with kindness and courtesy. They even off you deals on things you are buying even if you don't know about it. That's great.…
horrid customer service + hidden fees. One day late paying received a $19 "administration fee" and a $60 "reinstatement fee." these fees were never mentioned to me during signup. They refused to take back the modem even though I proved it doesn't work where I live. They then suggested I sell it on eBay. Rather hard to do that when they are offering them for free now!!!…
