SO-SO. Love, love the decor - it is stunning.

Hostess needs to be replaced - she lacks a personality.

Waitress did a fine job. The cup holding sugars was filthy, floor around us filthy. Horrible chairs to sit in. Couldn't wait to get out it. The booth's pitch is very uncomfortable which is unfortunate as it is beautiful to look at.

Food: We had the $ 40 prix fix menu which included one of the best Mushroom soups I've ever eaten. It rivals that of David Pauls Lahaina Grill on Maui. Filets were cooked perfectly, however the sauce and mushroom tops were not particularly good. The vegetable (green beans) and potato wedges were very disappointing and lacked flavor.

Dessert was "out" so they sent out a chocolate cake that seemed to be straight from the wholesaler. It was so-so.

I love that we have a high-end restuarant in the Ranch, with a very cool vibe, but the food needs work. Period.

I will return for the soup in the future - not a spectacular date night.

Incredulicious!. We’ve been here quite a few times… alone and with great friends. Our favorite aspect of the place, is just being able to relax with some wine and small portions of food to go with the wines. If a waiter doesn’t seem to spark our interest in wine choices, we ask for the sommelier. Everyone is so helpful, which really adds to the experience. It’s a place to chat… with people nearby, the staff and your guests. If you aren’t impressed by what is delivered to your table, the staff is happy to help. There are so many smiles and laughter around the place, that it’s infectious.

Ask, and ye shall receive. Don’t be shy. Make this your home away from home, and you will love it.

Great Place, the food needs some more work. Great place in the south suburb's, you can ask for soemthing better then this, well you can, but I'm being nice!

There drink's -martinis-blueberry/lemon, ummmm!!!!OMG! delicioso, fantastico! but the food the large Tapas plates, I hope they work on that because we were not impressed, we like good food, and we tried the beef w/strogonon sauce, not recommend! The little meet/steak on the onion buns, if I requested it well done and then I bite one and the cow is still moowing!!! not good.

Hope they chef starts improving there dishes, because I sure did like the rest.

GREAT place for date night. This is a great place with fantastic ambiance. My honey and I go there regularly and enjoy different wines and some small plates. I understand they now have entrees too, so I am looking forward to trying them. The food is divine and if you are looking for a place in the ranch that isn't a chain - GO HERE!!!

Nothing Like it in this Area. There's nothing else quite like Indulge in Highlands Ranch, and that's part of the appeal. It's so nice to have a cute place to take out-of-town guests, and very convenient to have a fun, classy place to go for drinks that's walkable from my home.

We've tried about half the menu so far, and it's all been tasty, if a bit overpriced. Favorites include the hummus, the flatbread pizzas (especially the one with acorn squash,) and the creme cake. They're always adding new things to the menu, which is appreciated, although it would be nice if they kept the menu on the website up to date.

A quaint gathering place with wonderful wine and food!. This gathering place is unique and fun! Plus, the west side of the restaurant has great views!

Hint! Make a reservation and you won't have any problems!

It's about time!. I've been waiting for Indulge to open since the sign first went up months ago! I did some Google sleuthing and found their website to further pique my interest. Wine, Tapas (small plates for those that don't speak foodie), and Dessert. My three loves!

I got notice of their opening, but the night I drove through the newly developed strip mall lot, there was no parking and the place was packed. I knew I could wait for a better night. Finally, the boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick peek before a dinner party we had to attend.

The inside is Sa-wank-eee. That is to say, it's even better than just plain swanky. The darker colors and wood tones are offset by the wall of wine enclosed in glass and the artistic paintings on the ceiling. I especially loved the "chandelier" over the hostess station. Stars for atmosphere and decor!

We sat at the bar since we were just there for a brief intro. I had to scope out the menu and I can't wait to go back and order one of everything on there! The chef has a history with beef so I was happy to see some new cuts featured. We settled on Vouvray for me (yum!) and a nice Pinot Noir for him. We also got the daily cheese plate. The cheese/food pairings had been thought out and it was apparent that it wasn't just haphazardly put on the plate. It even came with a chocolate/hazelnut disk, which actually looked like hand cut salami. Nice play on presentation!

The servers were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I would have no fear of leaving my wine selection completely up to them to pair with my food. They also have a great selection of drinks--I hypothesize that you can tell a lot about a place by it's drink creations.

Keep this in mind, it's small plates--so don't come here expecting gigantic plates, heaping with piles of food. Not gonna find it. This is a place to come and enjoy your surroundings, enjoy the company you're with and enjoy the delicate tastes and beautiful presentation of the well-thought-out food.

I'll be back many times! It helps that I can walk there--yeah for cool stuff happening in Highlands Ranch!
