Excellent Service. I was overall incredibly satisfied with my haircut by Josette, but found out the next day for my job I needed a very different style. I called her, asking to make another appointment, & she (as usual) was very flexible with her schedule. I told her my dilemma & asked how much it would cost me, & she said that since it wasn't my fault at all that my hair would have to be fixed, she offers a 5 day "hairstyle limited warranty" so if the cut is all wrong or needs fixed somehow, she's willing to repair it within 5 days for no charge! I've never seen anything like that, & it's absolutely amazing!

The prices are really reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the service, the conversation is great, & there are even little perks offered, like when I first came in I was offered something to drink right away, no hesitation. It's a really nice family business & I definitely HIGHLY recommend it. I stopped going to salons years ago & resorted to cutting my own hair because I was so turned off by most stylist's tendency to do what they want & disregard the customer's opinions, but that simply doesn't happen here! I could never imagine Josette messing up a style, because she's a really good listener & helps even the most indecisive & vague people (like me) hash out exactly what they want in a 'do. She's a miracle worker! Josette is wonderful, & Iris was definitely good company, although she didn't cut my hair. Awesome atmosphere, & definitely has my business for years to come.

top notch. my new salon is "A GREAT LOOK"....with josette, iris and kim!! they have a lengthy history in this area and are a mainstay in aurora beauty. awhile back josette cut my hair for me when my usual girl was dealing with an injury. i had a few more trims done at my regular place, then lost my stylist for good. i had lost josettes card and almost made an appointment elsewhere, but i kept searching til i found her again because josette is THE VERY BEST and so are iris and kim. take a look at their own hair, its beautiful, and josette is a master at color and highlights too! josettes salon is classy but not stuffy, you will find a clean, professional yet friendly atmosphere, not just a row of stylists at a chain salon. you know you will get a trim or color, perm or whatever by a stylist that has experience and keeps their skills at the top level all the time! my hair looks great, she did exactly what i asked for after we consulted about what i like, what i wanted and looked at a picture i bought with me. she really listened and understood what i like and she didnt cut more length than i wanted! cant wait to go back to get my highlights....im happy to have found MY stylist, and no one else will touch my hair as long as josette is around!!
