You call this massage???. I went there 4 times w/out any plans, just paid out of pocket whenever I could afford. Honestly, 3 out of 4 times it felt like massage was given by a student, after a long and tiring day!!! I've had better massages from people who weren't professional... I've told them to keep the preassure, but it seemed like they didn't want to work at all, just gliding their hands up and down my back. I could have paid my 7 year old nephew $10 and goten a better massage than paying them full price. Hot stone was a joke, I didn't even feel anything, just wasted hour and half of time... Would only go there if it's FREE, because I will not pay them to waste my time again!!!!

Massage Envy SCAM Alert!. Massage Envy is SCAM will stress you out more than any massage is worth. Nightmare experience of my life! ZERO Satisfaction.

Major Scam lie, cheat and steal from your Credit Card.

Do not recommend very disappointed!

Get Burned At Massage Envy. My experiences at Massage Envy started out very positively. Unfortunately, they didn't end that way. After receiving one years worth of services I had finally reached the end of my commitment and was literally burned. I went in for a Hot Stones Massage and left with a burn that by the end of the day had blistered and began to seep. I immediately notified the clinic and could not have been more disappointed by their response. While the owner Larry expressed his concern, he would not agree to reimburse $55 in out of pocket medical expenses, for which I had documentation, pictures and receipts that I was more than willing to show him. He seemed to be more concerned with avoiding acknowledging that my injury had been sustained at his clinic rather than just doing the right thing. At one point he actually said to me, "Well you enjoyed the rest of your massage didn't you?" My answer should have been "Yes, the part that didn't cause physical injury". I was not looking for a financial windfall, only to recoup expenses incurred as a result of the injury I received at his store. He seemed to believe that his offer to reinstate the services to my account, which could only be used at his location, was more than generous. Warren Buffett would be amazed at his business prowess.
