We went in for my daughter’s asthma attack and were treated very professionally and thoroughly. Dr Morrison spent time with us and made us feel important and cared for. I was further impressed when he called us the next day to follow up and see how she was doing. I haven’t heard of other doctors doing that. What’s funny is I was talking to another mom at our kids’ school about how impressed I was with them and she said that Dr Morrison had seen them before too and called to make follow up calls with them to ensure they were doing better. This level of concern and kindness is unparalleled. Thank you Dr Morrison and 20 Mile Urgent Care.

Dr Morrison and his staff were locking the door when I pulled up with my son at 10:15pm when they usually close at 10pm. I tend to go there late because of my work schedule and they always get us in but that night he opened the clinic back up and still saw us and didn't leave until after 11pm since he needed bloodwork. I felt bad and offered to pay extra for keeping him and his staff there but he kindly refused. I have told a couple of my friends about my wonderful experience and they have gone there since for sports physicals. Thank you Dr Morrison for being so compassionate and going the extra mile for us! We are patients for life!!

indeed a very good experience.. I recieved excellent care from the ladies behind the desk, the nurse and the doctor. It was indeed a very good experience. I have and will continue to urge my friends and relatives to go there for their health needs.

Worst Urgent Care Experience Ever. Terrible experience, will NEVER return. They advertise that they are open till 10pm and take their last patient 30 minutes before. My son hurt his leg to the point where he couldn't walk on it and was crying in terrible pain (which he doesn't normally do). We got to the urgent care at 9:25pm and the door was already locked. We knocked on the door for over 5 minutes and called. They finally came to the door and told me that they took their last patient early because they had a busy day. They refused to help my son who was in front of them in tears because his leg hurt so bad. They literally turned away a child in pain because they wanted to go home. What happened to taking an oath to help people. I am appauled and angered that they would turn away anyone in pain, but especially a child that is asking for their help. They didn't care and told me that I could come back tomorrow at 8am. Like that would help since my child would have to cry in pain all night. What a ridiculous suggestion. Again, I will NEVER return.
