Beware. I got 2 documents notarized by Arturo Alcala at Mr. Tax. He charged $10 per document, double the state set maximum rate. When I showed him the Secretary of State's notary rate schedule, he refused to budge. He also notarized my documents without recording them in a notary book. I can only wonder what his tax services are like!
