Awful Customer Service - They will Waste Your Time.
We scheduled a tune-up for our furnace. They were supposed to come within a 2-hour window. 45 minutes after the 2-hour window had passed, I called and had an answering service that couldn't locate anyone in the office. I was told someone would call me back right away. No phone call...someone just showed up another 45 minutes later. No acknowledgment that he was late. After the tune-up he convinced us to see a sales specialist the following weekend. Being foolish, we scheduled that. Well, he didn't show up for the appointment. Instead, we get a phone call 2-hours later asking if he can reschedule...as if he has no clue that he missed the appointment 2 hours earlier. Oh. Then a month later we get a "Reminder Notice" saying that we didn't pay our bill. Nice, considering we paid at the time of service. Never again! Do not use them.
