Substandard product, substandard work, despicable customer service. They installed a lock on my 89 yr old mother's door for $399.00 It quit working several days later, worked off and on. The key wouldn't turn completely. They came out once, but the lock happened to be working at that moment, so the guy just left. When it quit working again, and we called, they blamed my mother, said she didn't have the arm strength to turn the key! (It didn't work for me either, and I'm not weak.) When I called a 3rd time, the guy started yelling at me, said if he sent someone out again, and the lock works, he would charge a $49.00 service fee. When I said no, then give Mom a refund, he said "take me to court". Horrible, disrespectful people. They should not be allowed to be in business and take advantage of old people.

I just had someone come out to get into my car because I accidentally locked the keys in there and I DID NOT have a good experience.

I was completely over charged. They would not give me an estimate of price over the phone because they said they had to see the car first (ridiculous). Then after waiting 30 minutes for them, they finally got to me. The guy totally took advantage of me and the situation because he knew I was in a hurry and I didn't have another option. He saw an opportunity to over charge me because he could. I do not appreciate people who take advantage of others like that.

I WILL NOT use them again and I suggest no one else does either.

Mike Just left my place... and I will never call anyone else if I need a Locksmith in Colorado.

He was at my place in 15 minutes and had my car open in no time. He was HANDS DOWN the best price I found after calling 4 places and he gave me 10% for mentioning CitySearch

When I told him that it was the only key that I had for my vehicle, he made me a copy for FREE!!

This guy gets it. Unbelievable service.Thanks

Very good service there fast and professional there bonded licensed and insured they helped me re-key all my 14 locks and they have affordable pricing i will recommend you guys to everyone

Guardian Locksmith bastereds dont use. So I was locked out at work and such. Called these(Guardian Locksmith) guy out all ready to pay a arm. A charge of 125 was agree on, that fine- did the work. If it only ended there i wouldnt not be writing this. So I sat down the next day to lock over my bank accout and see that they charged another 125. So call Guardian Locksmith of denver(you'll notice alot of name dropping I'll explain later) for a full refund well or at least the one 125 that was not agreed to. I've been calling Guardian Locksmith only to hear that the mangers not in and or will call me back. It really dosent look like I will ever get my 125 back from Guardian Locksmith, or like Guardian Locksmith will fix this. So there for, I will use search engine optimization skills and call attorney general of Denver, better busines and the commerce department, then city records of name of owner or owner's of the Guardian Locksmith then the IRS for possible tax fraud. LIFE IS GRAND Guardian Locksmith I WILL NEVER FOR GET YOUR NAME. THATCK YOUR LOCKY STARS!!!!

Of course it's one of the company reps or even the owner, this story has been there for many years in the locksmith profession, news articles say that these companies mislead the consumer at low prices over the phone and when they finish the job they are doing everything possible to charge ridiculous high price. By media news in Denver. By media stories, another locksmith who gives a low price over the phone and than requires four times more at the end of work. Search for "Locksmith Scam Denver"

great service. i locked my self out of my car this morning (saturday) and i had to call someone to help me and needed someone quick because i had to go to the airport i told this company that it was an emergency and he was right on it......he showed up so quickly and opend my car very fast with no extra charges for weekends excellent service took the guy 10 minutes to come out

Best locksmiths in Denver. I locked myself out of my car at 3 in the morning. They were the only place I found to even answer the phone. They showed up in 10 minutes and told me it would be $80 to open the car. Sounded great, but I didn't have any money on me. They still opened my car and followed me to my house and had no problems
