Especially impressed with the follow up call. We just purchased our new puppy from you. we found the puppy of our dreams she is a female beagle (10 wks old) and so adorable she is already responding well to potty-training and verbal commands and has the sweetest personality our whole family is so ecstatic and took to her instantly thanks for the great customer service we were especially impressed with the follow up call the next day to see how she is doing we will happily give your establishment a reference thanks again

One of the finest dog facilities. I have been a frequent visitor to North Washington Street Kennel many times over past three years, as I am a dog lover. I can assure you that this is one of the finest dog facilities I have ever encountered. First of all, they have a very qualified veterinarian on staff. This vet monitors the health of the puppies while they are at the store and admininsters care to them after they are sold. How many pet stores have a qualified Vet on staff?? They acquire their puppies only from Federally and State licensed breeders, and they inspect these kennels regularly. There are no puppy mill puppies at their facility. They also have several veterinarian technicians employed at the facility, one of which is always on call, 24 hours a day, in case of an emergency. This on call vet tech is for those who have bought puppies and have health related issues during off hours. They provide this service so that you don't have to use an emergency vet and spend thousands of dollars. If you purchase a puppy from them, and it has or develops a condition that was undetected at the time of purchase, they will treat the puppy at no cost to you. These people really care and it shows!
