After several attempts to getting a camera we bought to work. After the manager said he could not switch it he needed to send it in, it came back in worse condition it never worked or turned on period, we ordered a new battery a new charger and nothing. We finally decided to take it back after we received it back in December all while I just had a new born we could not use the camera for in which we bought in the first place. Ordered a new battery in February a new cord to charge it in March to see if that would work and it never did we finally not WANTING to have to deal with the rude, arrogant, bad customer service from the same manager again decided to go back in a trader it like he said he would do if it still didn't work. We had to deal with the same Manager who went back on his word said it was our fault and couldn't trade it in after literally arguing with us about the camera for over an hour he let us trade it in and pay over $100.00 dollars difference for a camera that was cheaper than our original camera. ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORSE EXPERIENCE AND MANGERS FOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.
