Exceptional. Exceeded my expectations for grout and tile cleaning. We are selling our house and I only chose to clean the grout lines, but Armando and Kyle made the floors look like new. The floors will certainly make a great impression on potential buyers! Thanks!

Job Well Done!. I'm very pleased with Stanley Steemer today. They arrived as scheduled and got to work immediately. Both the carpet and grout cleaning exceeded my expectations. The technicians were qualified and courteous. I ended up adding additional services to my workorder, but am thrilled with the results. I'll definately use Stanley Steemer again. Thank you.

pleasantly surprised!. Because of my 2 dogs it was high time my carpeting had a good cleaning. After some asking around, I called Stanley Steemer. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the finished product- clean WHITE carpets! Woo-hoo!

Watch out for the additional fees!!!. 10 minutes before our scheduled carpet cleaning, they called to tell me that I would be charged a $50 portable unit fee in addition to the service fee. I had scheduled this appointment almost a month ago and this charge was not included in my quote. I was very irritated that they waited until the last minute to tack on this fee, even though they knew at the time I scheduled that my unit was not on the first floor. Do not use them...very poor business practice!

stanley steamer carpet cleaner. I have used Stanley Steamer for many many years. As you would think i would be a valued customer. The last few times I have used their services they have done maybe a fair job. It would be my fault for not telling them everytime how dissatisfied I was, but I had told them of this several times. I called them after going to their website on water damage situation. I had a small back up in the my basement and seen they had a service for this. I thought ok lets check them out. I called got a hold of customer service represtive and explained that i was looking to get information to have cleaned and if needed treated. They were not very helpful, infact in the conversation with this lady and going back and forth and finally getting an explaination why they couldnt help, which I could understand, still puzzeled on why they advertise for it, she in her rudeness gave me a number to company 800 877-5160 Carpet Repair USA the number given was to a toy row boat company. I tried calling back Stanley Steamer to get a correct number when the line would be connected their customer service the line would hang up not even a hello. I tried this several times even using a different zip. We are know how cutomer service gets such a turnover, lack of someone taking theirjob seriously. Stanley Steameris company that prides themselfs on the good service should take a serious look into what that means. I would have to say that they dont deserve to have any good ratings. I have experience many times there poor customer services and the too many times the quality of the job being done so poorly. I have addressed this them and obviously it has dropped on close ears. I was wrong to give them so many chances. I would not EVER recommend this company or use this company again. I have spent anywhere around $2000 a year with them. Having my carpets cleaned maybe 3x a year cleaned between 12 to15 areas plus oriental rugs. They have lost my business. NO MORE CHANCES!
