Better Scheduling needed. We stopped by the Prime Steak House on Christmas Night around 6pm. The bar and restaurant were packed. They were the only place opened in Downtown denver. The bar had only 1 bartender and she was holding her own given that she had the bar and restaurant drinks coming at her. People had to wait because of the poor scheduling of management . The employees lose tips and people leave with a bad experience when in fact this is a fabulous restaurant with great food and a cool atmosphere. NOTE TO MANAGER:

When your restaurant is the only one opened on Christmas night in Denver-better think ahead and schedule for success! Our food was excellent by the way!

Wonderful Steakhouse. I have to say this is the best steak house downtown. We are a fan of Ruth's Chris and since they closed downtown we found our way to prime steakhouse. Big juicy steaks large sides and wonderful service, my waiter kept folding my napkin when I went outside to smoke wow! We will be back

Good happy hour, terrible service. We went here for happy hour only. They have some great prices on food and drinks and it goes until 7pm. I will definitely go back for the happy hour. The service here is terrible. The waitress actually seemed miffed when we asked for more drinks or wanted to order food. The guy who delivered our food dropped off a hamburger with no ketchup or mustard and ignored me when I asked for some. We kept going up to the bar ourselves to ask for these things and to order more drinks. We will go back because the prices were so good it made up for having to wait on ourselves. I would never pay full price to eat here, though. The ambiance in the restaurant isn't there, either.
