I have a newer house but the sump pump went out. The old unit was, as expected, a cheapo pump made to go out. Tom was able to come the next day to install a new pump, which took the stress off of us.
The new unit works great, the well is empty, and I know that the new one, which is a much better pump, will last longer, and work better that the old one.
Great service, and you'd never have know he was here.
