Not so great Leasing Agents. First of all this doesn't really apply to the Metropolis building, but rather dealing with the Leasing Agents at Boutique, with offices at the Metropolis, but with properties all over Central Denver.

I recently went looking for an apartment for one person and after a few visits the Boutique Apartments management would like to show you, you quickly get the feeling they aren't really willing and able to help anybody in whatever situation you happen to be in.

They will ask what your budget is, give you a few choices, and then if you aren't ready to lease right then and there, you aren't all that important. Once it becomes apparent they don't really want to help you, usually after the second showing they don't answer your questions, emails, etc. any longer. I will not mention the L.A. by name, but I would think twice before attempting to lease at any of the Boutique Apartments.

Also, if you see something on their website that is available, it may or may not be actually available, or what they say may or may not be so, so shop with caution. They really don't want to give people the time to shop around, they'd prefer you look, lease right away without any incentives.

I'd stay away.

Needless to say, I've had to make other living arrangements recently. I'm sure it will all work out for the best though.
