I like this hotel, not your normal hotel! But the shuttle driver was awful!! Make sure you wear your seatbelt!

Less than 5 min walk to Applebee's of Uno for dinner. For breakfast, Einstein Bagels is across the parking lot and opens early (even 6am on Sat).

The construction next door featured trucks with the backup beep - acted as an unwanted alarm clock. The hotel's style feels more Aloof than Aloft. It's devoid of any warmth.

Unless you enjoy extremely long waits for hotel shuttles, you should avoid this hotel completely. They contract their shuttle from the nearby Marriott and you will be treated like a 3rd class citizen

More than once have been treated poorly by the shuttle. Do not stay here if they stay with the Marriott shuttle. Took 80 minutes this time. Last time I was refused a ride in favor of Marriott guests.

Stay on the 5th floor. We heard everything happening above us, at 4am! Otherwise a great concept, the kids loved it and they allow pets with no fee.

Not a fan. Long wait times at the front desk, had to have an employee let us in the pool after a long wait. Beds are almost on the floor. Loud noises seem to be coming from everywhere. Do not stay.
