Perfect, Just Perfect. My and my new fiance, thanks to the help of Gary and Lauren Diamonds, first stumbled onto this store on the whim of the other excellent ratings. As young, inexperienced diamond buyers, we went in with very little knowledge on what to expect. Gary took us through the entire process, from what to look for, what prices are reasonable, and how to shape the ring from ground up. On day one, he showed us the diamond that would eventually be on my fiances hand as I write this. But as newcomers, we didn't want to jump the ship there on the spot. Gary made it so easy by holding the diamond for us and telling us to shop around with our newly acquired knowledge. An so we did.

Now's the time to mention how quickly we ran back to Lauren Diamonds to purchase that rock Gary showed us. Trice and Shane Co. were asking almost $2000 more for the same size stone! I also have to mention what horrible quality they were, carbon spots, yellowed, and just plain ugly for the price. The diamond Gary showed us is as close to perfection as it comes. After a few more weeks, we designed the ring itself with Gary's help and my fiances guidance, and it couldn't have been a better experience. Donny - Aurora, Colorado

GREAT ADDITION TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Really enjoyed our experience at "THE NEW LOCATION"...More of a low key place with the same great attitudes and even better prices. I highly recommend this store because the owners have gone out of their way for us in the past...Things will be even better with the design center in the back, they can build your ring onsite, eliminating all middle men and unwanted markups....

Unique pieces designed to your taste!. This is the jeweler to see to get EXACTLY what you want – don't settle for what others have in stock. I wanted a green gem stone for my engagement ring and the folks at Lauren's steered me away from the tsavorite I'd been considering with advise about inadequate stone hardness. Instead, they suggested a green sapphire (much harder stone in the same price range – didn't know they existed) and sourced 8-10 options in the desired size/shape from gem dealers across the country. Then, using a photo I found online of a simple, unusual setting ($2,100 list!), they created the same setting custom fit to my stone, for 25% of the price. The end result is a completely unique ring, beautifully executed and reasonably priced. The process was personal and pleasant. This is a small, unassuming shop with people who actually care if you're happy with your purchase. Go there!

Great local jewelery shop!. I just bought an engagement ring from Lauren's. I spent a few weeks shopping around the denver area for a good jeweler before settling on Lauren's. Several people recommended Shane Co for their selection and guarantee, and for a good reason. However, at Lauren's I found unending patience, a personal connection with the jeweler, and in the end found a better price than Shane's could offer.

Gary and Helen spent hours pouring over rings and diamonds with me, and making calls to their extensive network of distributors before finding me the perfect ring. Gary even personally delivered the ring when I was pressed for time before the proposal. As a side note, I went back to Shane's before purchasing the ring, and they could not come close to matching the price.

For great service, and a jeweler that goes beyond the call of duty, Lauren's is the place to go.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!. Buying an engagement ring can be a very stressful experience. After talking to my friends who have gone through the process, I was a bit hesitant to even start looking. Like many others my age, I went straight to google for some advice on the manner. I typed in "best jeweler in Denver" and the # 1 hit was Laurent Diamonds on city search. After reading a few reviews, I thought I would start there. Shortly after arriving at Lauren Diamonds I realized that the google search could not have been more accurate.

I expected, from my friends influence, that I would be pressured into buying right from when I entered the store OR that I would not get good service because of how young I appear. Neither of these preconceived notions could have been more wrong. The first thing that was said to me as I started to look at diamonds is that I was not expected to buy for some time and that it could take weeks to figure this all out. I was also told that they would like to keep me below my preestablished price range. They stayed true to all of their promises and I never felt nervous about any part of the process.

It ended up taking me about 5-6 weeks to purchase the ring. I am very happy with the help I received and I the ring is perfect.

The only thing that shines more than the diamond, is my review of Lauren Diamonds. Thanks for making this a stress free process.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND VERY HELPFUL. I never felt pressured...I explained what she wanted, I explained my budget concerns, and I explained what I would like to get, and they made it happen. They brought in rings specifically for me to see and the same with the diamonds...I sat there for hours learning about diamonds and they were super patient. No hassles, no pressure, no hurrying. They told me to take my time, leave my checkbook at home until I was confident in my decisions. They also were much more affordable than other jewelers...low overhead Gary (the owner) explaines. I felt like I MATTERED, here is the owner sitting with me for hours on end so I would be comfortable...AWESOME. They even stayed late one Friday night and then hand delivered it to my office so I could have it sooner than later (Gary again). GO HERE they are AWESOME and I THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Great Experience...Very VERY Happy. Really happy we went here. Read the reviews and we swung by and felt very comfortable and confident in Gary and his staff. They LISTENED to what WE wanted, not twhat they wanted to sell. We saved a boatload of money so we are upgrading our honeymoon....Thanks Lauren Diamonds.

ITS ALL TRUE...GREAT JOB. I shopped around, went to Cherry Creek, (way too much money), went to the mall, (ne personal service, kinda rude) went to "designers" (way too expensive and uppity attitude) then went to Lauren Diamonds...(awesome). The showroom was fun, not stuffy. The staff, helen and gary were easy going, no pressure, (told me to leave my checkbook at home), extremely informative, we spent 2 hours there with our questions, and affordable. Gary explained that they dont have a lot of overhaead, so they dont have to charge as much as others...made sense. Helen knew what we wanted and they found it al in a matter of a few days. We bought all our rings there, our diamond and we think we probably saved 1800.00 or so. IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET, GO HERE, JUST LOOK, IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR WHILE. And free beer!!!

Great Experience. From the moment you walk in the door Helen and Gary make you feel at home. The glass of Johnny Black didn't hurt either. As alot of the other reviews say there is absolutely no pressure to buy. One of the first things out of Gary's mouth was that he wanted to make sure I knew that you didn't need to get a diamond to get engaged. I thought, what a fantastic idea but I was pretty sure my fiance wouldn't agree. From that point on though, we looked at multiple stones and multiple settings. Many of these I had pulled from other jewelers websites. He was able to get me exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there and I haven't. One of my friends as I write this is down looking at an anniversary ring for his wife.

I think the only possible thing I could thing of that was negative about my experience was the lack of ice for my scotch. But Gary told me he was working on this. Now that is what I call service.
