I cannot possibly say enough good things about Natalia! I have been coming to her since 2004 and every time, I walk out feeling and looking great! The customer service is always top notch; she always makes the best recommendations, whether it be about the color, the treatment or the cut! I have recently started getting the Keratin treatments in addition to the color, because my hair is naturally so thin and it has made a WORLD of difference for my mornings! I no longer have to spend hours blow drying my hair, then straightening it. It's amazing! My hair also looks so shiny and thick with it - I've gotten many compliments!

I absolutely loved what Natalia did to my hair - and all my family and coworkers loved it, too :-) First, I made an appointment for a consultation where we discussed what I was thinking about doing to my hair. Natalia took the consultation time really seriously and gave me some professional suggestions and advice considering the type and condition of my hair.
