Change I believe in! – B I always thought I was an "in shape" person. I am a vegetarian that went to the gym a few times a week and hopped on the treadmill for an hour or so. I broke a sweat, and called it a day.
That was a "workout" until I met Russ. He absolutely changed my perception of what it meant to workout and thus changed me and my body in so many new and exciting ways. For the first time I really saw that I was getting stronger, my endurance was improving, and my clothes were getting baggy!
It's not only a chance to get in that workout that we all know we need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but also a chance to meet some incredible people, get stronger, and hopefully have a few laughs as well. Yes, it is bootcamp - but it is not like what you think! Russ motivates you in a very positive way! I want to do well not only for me, but for Russ, too!

I've been to gyms and classes before, but have never seen results like this. I gained confidence, muscle tone, balance, and friends by going to boot camp a few times a week. In the past, I've had a difficult time making myself go or sticking with it. With Russ and Colleen, I have so much fun, I make it a priority and put other things on the back burner so I can go every week!
Because Russ is now offering a variety of classes, I anticipate more fun! And his nutritional advice has changed many (bad) habits we had at home and offered healthy ideas and ways to improve.
Run, do not walk, to this exciting boot camp like no other! You will not be disappointed!
