What a bad experience, I was told my
vehical had "dangerouse fuel leaks and brakes" by Linda and 4,000.00+ worth of additional repairs. when i asked how long to do the repairs they said 1/2 a day, so 4,000 for 4hrs worth of work........ i dont think so.
I confirmed my suspition with a second opinion and
1. no fuel leaks were found
2. needed brakes in the next 10 to 15,000 miles
what a rip off......
im so mad because i sent my mom there one time and she got slammed with 1500 in a brake job, no more
go elsewhere, any where weelsewhere!!!!!!!!!

Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. In fact I bought the Certified E-350 that night and also bought a 2011 GLK. John Wahl was exceptional and should be your dealership's employee of the month. I came in to test drive an E-350 and walked away with 2 vehicles. What more can I say, other than he was an exceptional sales rep, and I would be happy to refer business to him anytime. When I need a car again I am definitely looking for John.

I am so thankful that Brett was our sales person the day we came in! It was his first sale and I must say, he did an OUTSTANDING JOB! He will outperform all of your sales staff! Plus Trent was outstanding as well and was Eugene! A big thanks to all of you at MBW!

Haley was absolutely incredible!! She was patient and did everything she could to make sure our needs were met. She has continued to help with minor problems such as a glitch in the dvd player. I could not be happier!! Thank you so much!!
