Nice Camera. Their security cameras I say are great! I had it for 2 months and even if it’s snowing outside, I didn’t encounter having visual clarity with the video. Nice!

Camera package. Last month I got the Multi-Camera package and I am happy I did it. Even if I get to spend some money for security cameras, I know that it will benefit me and most especially my family.

Pleasant experience with ADT. My experience for ADT system through MHB Security was very pleasant. Last week I started shopping around for my home security system and found out that every company was trying to charge quite a bit money for the wireless system. AlarmForce was only offering 1 door and 1 motion for free and I was supposed to pay for every thing else. AlarmForce is not able to send Police directly in Toronto, they have to send their own guard so I skiped AlarmForce company

Fast installation. I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what!

treated me with respect.
My experience with ADT Alarms is like a breath of fresh air. I have not experienced worrying about my families safety nor my house. I know that ADT will be there in times of danger.
Their costumer service is also great! They treated me with respect when I tried to ask them about something.
Keep going ADT!

no complaints. After a 2 year horrible experience with another company, i was so relieved to have a system with no complaints. I switched to ADT Security. Thanks for the service!

ADT is the best company when it comes to security. ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means.

I am not impressed with the level of service..... I called the ADT regional customer service center shortly before Christmas to have the security system repaired in my home as I kept geting fault codes the wouldn't reset. I was given a refrence number and told that a local technician would come to my home the following morning....that was almost three weeks ago! I am not impressed with the level of service....
