I'm happy to be a member with Spavia! They treat me like royalty. I always leave relaxed and look forward to my next visit. I've only had one problem throughout my many visits there and they fixed it with a glorious facial upgrade and paid for my lunch. They take care of me and make things right. I'll never get the special attention Spavia gives me anywhere else...trust me, I've tried.

This site is forcing me to give Spavia Day Spa at least one star but I wish I didn't have to. The first time I went to Spavia I ended up waiting an hour for a facial because one of their machines broke down. I decided to try them again, and I spent this week trying to get my appointment straightened out. This morning was the last straw. They called and cancelled again so I informed them that I would never step foot in their establishment again.

At Spavia we strive to always provide an exceptional service. We are extremely sorry StephieS251 was not satisfied with his or her service. We have conducted some research and are unable to identify who this guest is and no one has presented us with complaints, therefore, we do not know if this is a valid complaint or a competitor trying to tarnish Erika's and Spavia's good name. If this is a legitimate complaint, Spavia would appreciate StephieS251 to contact either Vivi, the owner of Spavia, or Mary, the Esthetician Lead, so that we can assess the situation and rectify the problem.

Erika is one of our most experienced and sought after estheticians and continually has excellent reviews. It is our practice at Spavia to recommend home treatments to each guest so not only they have a thorough facial service at our spa, but to aid them in keeping their skin in the best shape and maintaining proper skincare and not merely delivering a "fluff" facial.

If your looking for a skin specialist, ask for Erika... I recently visited Spavia and had a wonderful facial! I have very sensitive skin and have had problems in past.. I could tell that she is very experienced and really cared about my skin issues.. Also, she rocks with eyebrows!!! Im happy and I will return.. Cant wait to go back!

Run as far away as possible. I had a facial with Erika and I felt like I was there just to buy products not to relax and have a facial. It was the worst experience I have ever had that I had to pay for. She also waxed my eyebrows and now I look like a clown, one brow is up and the other is down. Believe me If I could give Erika and Spavia no star I would, they don't even deserve one star in my opinion.

Great Day Spa for Dudes. Spavia offers deep tissue and sport massages. The atmosphere is really calm and has relaxing earthy colors. You can select the music and lotion scents you like during treatment and all the staff are friendly. You can book appointments online but they're always so helpful I prefer to call.

Jessica- Massage Therapist. I have been going to Jessica for a long time for massage. I stand on my feet all day, and I am always in desperate need of some deep tissue work. She is amazing, strong, and very sweet. I would highly recommend her to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic Experience!!. We scheduled a girls' weekend for myself and 4 family members. We all purchased a Groupon for a massage and none of us had ever been to Spavia before. Wow, what a wonderful experience!! They treated us like royalty and the front office and massage therapists were great and very friendly. The relaxation room was wonderful and the massages were the best any of us had ever had. I wondered if they would cut corners because of the Groupon, but they did not - we were never rushed and we never felt like they were scrimping. Just a fantastic experience and we have all decided we would go there again in a heartbeat.

I hope they NEVER close!. Thanks so much to Erika at Spavia!!! I can't believe how great my face looks after just a few months with her. I came in with terrible acne that I couldn't get rid of no matter how many products I tried. I came in to give their facials a try and after one there were improvements and now I am breakout free. Erika really takes her time and makes me feel like she cares about me and my skin. Yes, she recomended a few products, but only the ones she thought I needed, and the results have been outstanding. As a bonus, she teaches me something new about caring for my skin everytime I come in and taylors their facials to fit my needs. Not only does Spavia have a great atmosphere but their staff gives such great personal attention that I will keep coming back again and again.

Spavia average facial and over priced. The facial I had was by Erika. She was very concerned with selling product rather than facial time. She left the room for 5 minutes during the facial to gather the products she thought I should purchase. I have had many facials and people never leave the room- if a product needs to be applied and left on for a few minutes the person giving the facial uses that time for a scalp massage, etc. Scalp massages are common with facials and I did not receive one. The face massage (which I find most relaxing) was also in short duration. I typically go to a place that includes many of the options I spoke about and the facial is only $50 Spavia charges $75 for a less quality facial.
