Best customer service, best nail
service in town. Jerri not only does wonderful work, but she treats you with the utmost respect. She doesn't run behind, she uses the highest quality products for exceptionally long lasting manicures and she respects your time. What does she ask in return: respect her time. Show up on time, give her notice if you're not going to make an appointment, treat her kindly. Pretty straightforward. She offers very generous deals on Groupon and the like. Read the fine print. It clearly states that a 24 hour cancellation is required to use your Groupon. She's running a business, not a charity.
Simply put: Jerri is fabulous. Her work is wonderful. I've tried everyone else, and I'll never go elsewhere. No need.

Make them Gelish showed to have the WORST customer service and was completely unprofessional!! I purchased 3 groupons for her with the intent of sharing with my friends. She informed me that I would of had to of purchased them separately in order to share them. Then on the day of my first appt I came down with the flu rather quickly in the morning and could not possibly make it to my appt (you would think she would be grateful I did not show up to spread my misery!). I called apologizing and recognizing the value of her time and told her I would happily loose one of the groupons, but would like to reschedule. She responded by sending a completely rude email saying that because I did not give her 24hr notice, I owed her money for the price of the missed mani and I could not use any of my groupons until I paid this first! Well, last I checked no one can predict in advance that they are going to get the flu!! I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, for customer service is clearly not a priority!!

The Best!.
When it comes to pedicures, gel nails
and pedicures Jerri is the best there is. I constantly get
compliments and I can go three whole weeks and still
have great looking nails and toenails.
