Poor Customer Service. I called The Maids to clean my home after I moved out. When I called, the customer service agent said that if I wasn't satisfied with anything after The Maids were finished, I simply had to call, and they would come back to finish the job. She also said that she would call me after The Maids were done, and would not charge my credit card until I authorized them to do so over the phone. The Maids did a great job cleaning my house, but they forgot to clean the garage, which I specifically requested beforehand and was guaranteed they would do. So, I called back to compliment their work, and to request that they return to clean the garage. I received voice mail, so I left a message. I called 4 times over the next week, always getting voice mail. They never returned my call and never came back to finish cleaning. After a week, I checked my credit card and noticed that they already charged it without calling me first to get my consent, as they said they would do. Such poor customer service!

Superb Housecleaning. The Maids have been cleaning our house for over a year, and we are nothing but pleased. We chose the Maids for their reputation for thoroughness and consistency (many companies clean well at first to get your business, but slide after a few months), and the fact they use environmentally safe products. Plus, I work at home, like that they send a team of four who are in and out of our large house in just an hour and a half, rather than having one person there all afternoon. I run errands while they're cleaning - and when I return, wow!

Their cleaning is fantastic, everything spotless, polished, perfectly arranged. Looks and smells like a fine hotel suite when they get done. They miss nothing, even clean the toilet seat hinges with a toothbrush. Nice touches like little stickers on your toilet paper and paper towels, even fold the tissue sticking out of the tissue box. We can't speak highly enough of them. Our house is beautiful and spotless, always! Thank you, Maids!
