Steve worked on my Thermador oven. It was a big challenge for him to get it figured out and, ultimately it took 3 trips, (he brought an expert with him the 2nd time) and another unexpected part before it was totally fixed. He was prompt, professional, and committed to getting this problem solved. Kudos.

Our service tech James Ferguson was awesome! He came out to our house, the night before Thanksgiving, late into the evening. He had been running behind schedule because so many people needed help with their ovens and such (before the holiday), and James wanted to be sure each of them had their appliances up and running. He apologized for running late and got right to work. About 6:30pm he finished and our dishwasher was as good as new!
