little gem in greenwood village.
So, I got a call from a friend of mine I haven't seen in years. We decided to meet for a quick lunch to catch up. He's always on the road, travelling for work and was really sick of chain restaurants...I'd seen Tzatziki's just driving by and was curious...and I'm into supporting local...so..we went.
It's cozy inside and really clean. The smell of the food cooking made me even more hungry than I was. The spices, the onion...OH YEAH! I couldn't wait to oder!
My friend and I settle in for a good talk while we're waiting for our food...and for a few minutes...we were left alone...BUT THEN...this really spastic guy comes to the table and starts going on about how he owns the place...and he tries to be funny...and he's really not.
LONG story short, our food was very good, and the service was right on point, but...I was a little embarrassed that I suggested this place because of THE GUY!
Note to Tzatziki's...the restaurant industry is HARD! You have the basics down! But...GUY...if you are the owner of the place...PLEASE...just let people enjoy their food and the company they came in the door with! I WANT your place to succeed! The only thing wrong with your place...is you! Please...please...don't invite yourself into other peoples' conversations...it's just not cool.
