the only good thing about Verizon is they have great coverage everywhere we go. But that’s it. Their customer service is awful. They know they have you locked in a contract so they don’t care whether your happy or not and have never done anything to try and resolve my phone issues

I went in desperate for help with my phone, & Christian McLain was who helped me. He gave me honest advice, & was greatly helpful. He didn't get a sale out of helping me, but he will next time, as I will definitely ask for him! Thank you again!
