The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because their equipment is nice. But its not worth it.

Becareful when you have to sign so much paperwork to tan. I should have listened to my gut when I was signing so much. They give you this huge contract to sign but they don't actually let you read it. The employee will scroll through it as fast as they can. It's not a print out its on the computer. They make you sign up for automatic payment withdraws and cancelling your service is a pain in the a**. Aside from taking your payment at the location they don't actually do anything other than that. Their customer service is unbelievably horrible. If you have a problem with billing you have to call the ATB HQ and no one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I called six times and was on hold for more than 30 minutes until I finally got someone. The person I spoke to was rude as soon as I started speaking to him. Like I was a f**** idiot, which I guess I am since I signed up for this crap.

When I signed my contract I noticed that they were signing me up for a year membership. I told the employee I didn't want that and he said I could cancel at any time. I had him clarify this for me. He said I could. What he didn't tell me was that I would have to pay 50% for the remaining contract, which turned out to be $480. So when he tells you to sign up for a year because paying for the membership is different than paying for the service do not believe them. The membership is not a one time fee its the entire fee. I went in two months ago to cancel the membership but the manager didn't tell me that all I was doing was cancelling auto-renewal so not only did I get stuck paying for the rest of the year, I also got stuck paying penalty fees for what I thought was a cancelled account.

If you go here please read the contract. It's around 8 pages long and its in really small print but sit there and read it or else they will get you. You would not believe the fees they have. It's a sham game. Seriously, who wants tanning for an entire year? I went in to try to figure this out at the tanning salon and the employee told me "oh yea, we have had a lot of people tell us this just this week". So they know they are tricking people. They don't care.

In the end I guess it's up to you. You either go here use their equipment and get shammed or you find some where different.

SCAMMERS!. They are very rude and scam you out of your money. Do not give them the satisfaction of joining their membership and taking all of your money. This site says it all... atthebeachsucks

This is the best!!!. Out of all the places I have tanned at, At the Beach is the best!! I tan here every week and the staff is always so friendly!

Love ATB Tanning!!. I used to tan at another tanning store in Denver. At The Beach is much cheaper and they have far better beds! Plus their staff is much nicer.

SO SO SO MANY TANNING BEDS. I have never had to wait for a tanning bed. It is crazy how many tanning beds At The Beach has in their stores.

Cleanest Tanning Store I’ve Seen. I’ve been to many tanning salons; this is by far the best with everything. From a huge lotion selection, to the best beds available in the tanning industry.

AT THE BEACH = GREAT TANNING. The staff is always helpful and I enjoy coming here after a long day!!!!
