This business owner can do any type of lampshade you can dream up. She is not only the best in her field, but her customer service skills
are outstanding. She has created lampshades for my home and business. They are unique, affordable and finished when promised. Her love for the art of creating lampshades shows in her workmanship and attitude toward her loyal customers.
I would give her 10 stars, but 5 is the limit.

The Best of the Best Custom Lampshades.
I have had two custom lampshades created by Lili Marlene. They are exactly what I wanted, but could not find elsewhere. The fabric and
quality are exceptional; top of the line. The workmanship is unsurpassed. The owner is extrememly knowledgeable about every aspect of this intricate business. Her professionalism and customer service skills are of the highest quality.
No need to look anywhere else. If you need a lampshade, this is it!

What a find, saved my heirloom lampshade. I had searched and searched for someone with the skills and ability to repair my great grandmothers victorian lampshade. Finally found that at this small mom and pop, they repaired my shade and even the lamp too. Skills that will be lost soon, as no one else would do it, they all sent me to this shop. Can't thank them enough, I am very happy to have found this shop and will be returning with another shade for a re-line, which I learned can be done on shades where the lining has been damaged or burnt. Incredible Expertise combined with beautiful work. I had several lampshades and a couple of lamps that needed recovering and repair. They had come from my grandparents and mother-in-law. At Lili Marlene they assisted me in finding the perfect solutions for all of my shades as well as repairing the lamps themselves. I learned that this is a very unusual business with hardly anyone providing this service. I had to wait longer than I would have liked to but I learned that this shop is very busy with many customers. They explained the waiting time to me and in the end it was well worth the wait!! I Would Never.
I brought a lampshade to get fixed and was told it would take a couple of days. The owner said she would call me but I am constantly
calling to find out the status of my lampshade. A month later , I still don't have my lampshade.
Very poor customer service and I am at a point that I will go out and buy a brand new shade instead of using her services.
Avoid!
