The staff has changed too much and you get shuffeled around without being notified so you're never sure whose going to do your treatment. But more importantly, the service is just adequate now, nothing special and your constantly being harassed to buy something or to give a tip. It's not worth it any longer even if you get a so called free facial each month for your $50 a month VIP fee.…
Nice try girls, but I've been a client for well over about 2 years as a VIP member and have canceled my membership. I know the client that Carole W. was referring to and she was also a VIP member. She was not rude, nor does she have bad behavior. As far as injections, I myself have also overheard wrong information being given out and question the qualifications of the injector now that the doctor no longer does the injections. I would ask to see a certification or something. I know that esthetician's are not trained to do injections. It has become apparent that the doctor no longer knows what is really going on in the spa and this so called med spa has turned into an everyday spa that attempts to make you feel good but no longer gives therapeutic results like they once did. As far as up grades, wow, someone is smoking something. The rooms are dirty and the spray they put on their face towels, eucalyptus I think, gives me a headache. All in all, I can no longer recommend this place, it's turned into a mini American Laser which is where the staff has come from so you can expect to be hard sold.…
I am so happy with this medi spa! I had some skin issues that were bothering me and since I have been going here, my skin issues have been completely resolved beyond my expectations. I have enjoyed working with Jeri and I just received my first injections from Heather and I love it! They are both very helpful, caring and truly genuine. Thank you all so much!…
What a wonderful spa experience! The staff at BioAesthetics if very friendly and knowledgable. There is something for every skin need here and I am so happy to be a VIP. I recently had a Radiesse filler and at NO TIME did the manager or anyone say it would last 3 years. I was given very educated and accurate information. CaroleW I have been going there for a long time and it is SO REFRESHING to see the upgrade changes in staff and the rooms. I believe I know your friend you speak of and I also believe that when a customer is politely asked not to return to a business it is because of rude and bad behavior on the customers part. The team at BioAesthetics warmly welcomes and treats everyone like a VIP. Perhaps you and you friend are just too self important for the rest of the world.…
