Doesn't stand behind his work. I used Grant Mobile Auto Repair for several things, was happy at first until the car seriously broke down. The owner of the shop worked on my vehicle and rather than admit he didn't know anything about BMW's proceeded to work on my car and caused more problems. 4 months after the "new parts" were put in it broke down again with the same issue now costing me over $400 to replace them again and using a mechainc that is familiar with BMW. When I asked to be reimbursed for my expensesthe the owner of Grant Auto Repair said NO.. That he had washed he hands of my car. I am now out that money and will never ever recommend him to anyone and I suggest that you spread the word that he doesn't admit up front if he can't work on the vehicle and that he doesn't guarantee his work. If you need an oil change or for him to jump your car he can do that. Anything else don't waste your time or money.…
Great job!. I was impressed with the service and work I had done from Grant Mobile Auto Repair. The gentleman was very nice and respectful. I needed new battery cables put in my car and the price he quoted me was the price I paid. No telling me I also needed this or that done. Just did what needed to be done. I will definitely use him again, when the need arises!…
