Unprofessional, pushy and rude. They have a nice selection of bar stools and other furniture; however they were about as rude as humanly possible. I was carrying my daughter around the store and there was a path b/w some stools that I walked through. The manager came over and rudely pointed out that it would be his fault if I fell and I should not walk through there. I dismissed being spoken to like a 4th grader without a hall pass. So I then asked if he had a specific kind of stool. He basically berated me for wanting such a cheap stool that was going to fall apart in a matter of months. We used to carry those, but they are all made overseas and the quality is terrible. I said fine and thanks, but he was rude and followed me throughout the store telling me how much better his products were, but if I wanted something less quality... then good luck. They had some of the best selection of products, but on principle I would not ever shop there.
