HOORAY FOR PHILIP & SYDNI!!!. talk about artsy, eclectic, and hip. i got my hair done by audrey who is sweet & hilarious and although she did a fantastic job it wasn't exactly what i was picturing...i had shoulder length hair and wanted a cropped haircut, maybe even pixie. i ended up leaving with a posh spice-esque cut inverted V cut which is short in the back & long in the front....it was cute but felt super heavy & not exactly what i was looking for. so i called philip up & explained my situtation...that while i thought the cut was cute i wasn't bonkers about it. talk about A++++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! all you other hair salons, TAKE NOTICE. Phlip kindly asked me what to do to repair the situation...and I said that I wanted it super short & perhaps audrey was afraid to take it up shorter. so thus, came sydni. i went to see her & she, too, is super chill & fun! She makes it seem soo much fun - like it's a piece of art, which hair is. she knew exactly what to do & shaved off a lot of the weight on my hair and made it seem like this bedhead pixie that i wanted. SCORE!!!!!! THANK YOU PHILIP!! THANK YOU SYNDI!!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE MY FAVE ROCK STARS!!!!!! p.s. bought their bumble & bumble surf spray. aww yea. it feels like i just left the beach...err...even though i'm in denver. hmm...gotta work on that.

Good people bad salon. I was on the fence about Juno because I liked the people but I had a really hard time with my hair, then I saw photos of what I looked like after I had been there. I had been told that I had "difficult" hair because I had dyed it in the past. I followed their instructions before a big event and stupidly didn't wash my hair for days after they manipulated dye several times into my hair although I had never had any difficulty in the past getting hair dye to take. Should have been a red flag there but I went with it. I ended up with cystic acne on my upper body because of my dirty head. The "permanent" dye washed out immediately after the event and I have a ton of photos to remember the hair and acne by....it was my wedding.

The best I've found in Denver. I've gone to Juno now for a couple of years, and have been seen by three different hairstylists. All three did a superb job. Dwayne was wonderful, and he has moved onto a different shop. Last time I went I saw Whitney, and she's great! I'll definitely go back as long as I'm in the Denver area. I spent 2 years looking for a decent hairstylist that wasn't going to charge me too much. It's a great price for what you get. I highly suggest you checking it out.

Whitney is horrible. Whitney is an awful hair stylist. After I stopped seeing her, I heard from industry experts that she had a color correction at least once a week. I went to her three times to get blonde highlights and each time she screwed up my hair.

The first time it happened she used blonde highlights with brown lowlights. Well she didn't foil the lowlights and some of the brown hair color got onto the blonde. I literally had brown spots dyed into my blonde highlights. When I pointed it out to her she said something along the lines of, "Your hair is so different."

My hair is not different. I've been getting it colored for 15 years. This has never happened. Because she did fix it, I decided to go back to her and give her another shot. Well, she did an ok job. But I could tell that she was using toner and other tactics to coverup yet another color mistake. The result was that I had some big dark brown streaks mixed in with light blonde.

So I stupidly went back a third time and the blonde color bled into my roots. It looked awful. I made the salon refund my $150.

Do not go to this salon. Whitney apparently manages portions of the business, which is a real bummer. She needs to go back to hair school.

Audrey rocks!!!. After having my hair done by the same woman for over 15 years, I was extremely pleased with how well Audrey did my hair! I am a very picky person and she knew this when I came in and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about it. My hair looks amazing!! I will definitely return to Juno in the future because of the friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and the amazing work they do! Thank you Juno Salon!
