Good food but WORST SERVICE EVER.. My husband and I really want to love this place because we like (most of) the food. Burgers are good, as are regular fries and shakes. Smash fries are grossly oily, as are haystacks, but we just avoid them.

Unfortunately, the service is TERRIBLE. The staff at the Stapleton location has screwed up our order at least half, if not more, of the time. We have gotten the wrong burgers, sandwiches and toppings. They've charged us for things they forget to add (bacon). They've forgotten to give us fries, and they've overcooked our food, to name a few. Tonight, they made our dinner and let it sit for nearly 10 minutes because they forgot to make our shake. Since my husband was bringing dinner home, he finally asked them to remake since the food was already cold and soggy and he'd not even left the building. He mentioned that they often screw up our order, but the staff was unapologetic and indifferent.

This has sadly happened so many times, we can't bring ourselves to give this restaurant any more money. We've contacted HQ, but the errors continue to happen. The food IS good, but costs way too much for it to be served incorrectly so often.

Great burgers. Great burgers, friendly service, clean store...definitely recommend.
