I am new to online business. I needed a shopping cart but I donâ??t have a lot of products, and I didnâ??t have a big budget or an angel investor. Unleaded recommended Big Commerce as a solution for me and Iâ??m happy to report that the template design I opted for looks as custom as any of the websites on Unleadedâ??s Portfolio, some that I imagine cost $100,000 or more. What I liked about working with Unleaded was that they prioritized me and my rather small (by comparison) project as if I was one of the $100,000 clients. I was assigned a Project Manager just like Unleadedâ??s biggest clients and she kept me on task and on deadline. My Big Commerce site is launched and Iâ??ve made more sales than Iâ??d expected and want to grow that even more. We're determined to upgrade our ecommerce website to Magento after attending the Innovate Magento Conference in 2011. Unleaded is a high octane Web designer. I don't speak Web. I barely speak computer. Yet, as a communicator, I found myself in charge of the Web site for one of the city's most respected organizations. I therefore sought expertise I didn't have. I went through four Web designers over 10 years. I can't even imagine the number of hours I spent trying to communicate what I wanted our Web site to be. Let's just say, our vocabularies never really meshed. (For years I thought a gigibyte was a jungle disease.)

Leaving my big, comfortable organization, I wanted to go back to writing and I wanted to do it on my own Web site. An unlikely path for me, but there it was. I contacted Unleaded and they wanted to know if I had ideas about what the site should look like.

Earth colors, I suggested. And as much like a newspaper as possible with a bit of the journal to soften it a little.

We diid not discuss the dreaded jungle fever or speeds or key words or any of the rest. I don't know what they did, but it's beautiful and painless. Well, as painless as a Web site can be for someone who doesn't speak the language.

A couple of months later, there it was and I was in print again. Well, not really print. More like screen. What ever it is, I'm there and Unleaded did it.
