What a great place! Great service, experience, and professionalism. From the first day when I walked in with a lot of questions, I am always greeted and offered the utmost attention and respect. In my experience that is hard to find these days. The services might cost a little more, but they are worth every penny. The stylists are very flexible with their costs and your needs. A great place for men and women haircuts!…
I bought a groupon 6 months ago for a few massges I came in the first month and didnt have the best experience ever. however i have been in sense then to redeem my secound massage and facial and avery bella has completly revamped their staff!! i had the best experience ever!!!! so relaxing :) and the girls up front were so welcoming i will deff be going back!…
I went to this salon needing a quick fix with my roots and was put with somebody they seemed very excited about explaining that I was scheduled with the new manager Ted ...When I met him I realized that he had done my hair in the past in this swanky Cherry Creek salon named Vito Pini where I payed twice the amount before they shut down a couple years ago. I thought i would never see him again after his salon shut down but here he was and he was greater than ever adding extra dimension with a "balayage" technique(at no extra charge). I first met Ted when I relocated to colorado from the east coast and my standards are very high so trust me when I say he is absolutely amazing!!! He told me that he was new to the salon as the manager and educational director and he was focused on getting the staff capable of doing what he does and then I met the owner, Bill... He was so nice and very charismatic and after explaining his situation and how he loves his community(which I am part of)now I am a loyal customer to the Avery Bella Salon. I may visit the spa someday but the hair at this salon is what I am focused on now that they have a leader like my favorite stylist I have ever had...Im so glad I found him!!! im kind of suprised after meeting a couple of people here there were so many negative things said about them:(…
Not satisfying at all. I bought a
Groupon for $55 for a "Hot Stone Massage" that claimed to be a $110 value. If you actually go to the salon's website, a $110 hot stone massage is a 75 minute
massage. The OWNER assured me that the Groupon was really for a one-hour massage instead despite the explicit contradiction on their website.
So because I had already paid for the Groupon, I went ahead with my massage. Again, the owner asked me to come in 15 minutes early to "fill out paperwork." Instead, I arrived early per his request and he attempted to upsell the massage - asking if I wanted to add any of their $39 extras (back facials, etc.). Frustrated, I said no and sat down.
My masseuse came out 15 minutes late so I waited a total of thirty minutes. The massage itself was great but the masseuse left the room five minutes before the hour which meant my massage was 40 minutes. So if you want to overpay for a massage, feel pressured by sales tactics, and receive less than what you paid for with a Groupon, no less, by all means go to Avery Bella.
If you are actually looking for a good massage at a good price with awesome customer service, look elsewhere.…
Noisy.
After deciding to try this place out, I have some good, bad, and ugly news to share.
First of all, Lydia, the esthetician was very good at explaining all of the steps she was going to do, and then did them. Her massage technique is on par! I felt great after the treatments.
I was disappointed that my package did not last for the full hour, as I had expected. This was more like an express treatment and not the full treatment that I had expected. I only have another spa in another city to compare to where I had a full body scrub...at Avery Bella, this was just some body parts.
The other thing is that although relaxing, soothing music and sounds that were being played in the treatment room, there was a lot of noise coming from the rest of the salon part of the spa that was sometimes drowning out the music. It sounded like happy hour and a party out there. I was a bit surprised at that since most spas are more cognizant of noise in their establishment and request quiet when you visit out of respect for the other patrons that are paying their money to get some relaxation.…
