great service me and my co workers loved it!!!.
i went to avery bella for the first time last month because i moved to the area from brighton and i needed a new stylist. they were able to get me in with holly luckily she had a cancellation, and i was lucky!!!
she i from california, she is the nicest person in the world and she is the best overall stylist, colorist, i have ever been too! the owner over heard that i loved vanilla lattes from starbucks and that i was happy they were right next to one so he walked over and surprised me with one. i told a few co workers about it and they said they love to go for the happy hour. so last friday a couple of us went for happy hour and had drinks, snacks, and got a bunch of services for $39! we are going again for sure! this place is the best, and brings high end to a whole new level! thanks holly ill see you before christmas!
Too late!. The owner who posted that last post should be working to make this salon better rather than chasing bad reviews. Take it from me and all of the other unhappy customers and don't waste your time or money. Service and services were below par! Even thought they are the only salon in Lowry there are 40 or more salons to choose from two miles away in Cherry Creek. The parking is the best thing and it's not worth the experience.

Avery Bella is the name and not worth the your time or money. Not worth it any way you look at it. Bad front desk, not very clean, expensive and below average work. I can't afford to get my hair cut and colored very often so I am very disappointed. Next time I will read online reviews before I go to a new salon. Had I known.....

Awful Service. I really want to like this place. After all, it is 5 minutes from my house. However, I think a 9 month trial period is long enough. Terrible service, awful front desk experiences (multiple) and haircuts that leave me with just as many splint ends as when I walked in. And that's not even mentioning the product that left my hair feeling sticky and tangled. Enough trial period. Look elsewhere for a decent haircut. The idea of this place as a "Salon" is a joke.
Bait and Switch. Horrible customer service! I bought a $15 Groupon to get my daughter feather extensions at this salon. The promise was for 7-14 inch extensions, but when my daughter walked out 5 minutes later, she had 3 feathers sticking out of the top of her head. Yes - she looked like a freaky rooster. After I complained, they took the feathers out. The receptionist said they had others complain - then had the audacity to blame Groupon for falsely promising different extensions. She also blamed low supply, and fly fishermen. It's only $15, but seriously - fly fishermen!?!?! I'm pretty sure Groupon will reimburse me, but what awful customer service. At minimum, the salon should have told me they couldn't deliver on their promise when I scheduled the appointment - and before I drove over 15 miles to get there.

If you are looking for a salon with an unprofessional and party vibe, go here. I swear it even smelled like booze! This salon used to be the go to salon in Lowry. It is pathetic what the new owners have done. I will steer clear and would suggest the same. I wonder if the health department knows they serve and drink on the job?

Brianna at Salon Tobie. I have been going to Salon Tobie for the past year and Brianna has been the best! She always knows the style I like and continues to cut my hair the way I want. She does a great job and I continue to go and see her. I would def recommend her !
Will not return.
I called and made an appointment for eyebrow waxing with Tobie.
When I arrived at the Spa, the girl at the front desk told me that Tobie was no longer working there and another lady would do my eyebrows.
I did not want someone else, I wanted Tobie. Again to my disappointment, the new lady did a horrible job and I had to go somewhere else later that week to do them again.
The salon used to be amazing and it has just gone down the drain...
Will not be going back and would not suggest for others.
Just when you thought..... Again, this salon fell from graces. Salon Tobie and NO Tobie? These people haven't a clue what they are doing. I won't go again, I WILL tell my friends in the hood to go elsewhere! Pathetic!
So Sad. What a bummer. I can rarely treat myself to a spa. I choose wrong. They were a mess., they got my appointment wrong and then some girl at the desk was totally weird. I HATE my hair! Her station was totally dirty, the cape was wet and her styling my hair as I asked was no where close. Go somewhere else!
