Worst heating company I have ever used. I am a general contractor in Denver. My regular HVAC tech was out of town and I needed the furnace repaired quickly. I called the company and they sent out a tech to repair a non functioning furnace. They tech seemed confident but my suspicious where aroused when he forgot to check the breaker to see if the furnace had power. He then proceeded to remove wires and re-work the controls and it still did not work. He then told me that it was an "induction blower motor" that needed to be replaced. He left to get the part. Two hours later he called and said there was nothing wrong with the motor and re-installed it and said the "motherboard" was bad and needed to be replaced. Due to it being Friday he would not be able to get the part until Monday. He promised that he would be at my house at 7:30 am. Of course 9 am rolls around and he is no where to be found. This guy would not answer the phone or anything. Tried calling the company and just got there call center. Thankfully my regular guy was back in town and came over. He found that the thermostat was hooked up wrong and that there was nothing wrong with the furnace at all. I am now happy the idiot from 24 hour heating and cooling did not come back. Do not call this company they don't know what they are doing and will cause you more headaches and expense than it is worth.

Everyone I talked to was very professional. The tech knew what he was talking about and helped me with all my questions. They did the job fast and cleaned up after themselves like they were never even there! Great people and great work.
