dont do business with this man under any circumstances. My story is the same but after 2m he still has not returned my laptop. He is unresponsive, won't answer phone or respond to text, won't comply with police when they instructed him to return it, police say I have to take to court but that is a slow process and I'm struggling without it for online school. Have to rent computers. I believe he is a fraud and a thief and a lier. Don't do business with this man whose shows himself to be a crook
Very satisfied.
I called All Around Computer Repairs after having a company I got from craigslist to upgrade or network (12 computers and a server) and the company ripped out all the cables and didn’t fix anything and left us offline and stopped our progress.
All Around Computer Repairs came out the same day and stayed till it we were back online and finished the upgrade. These guys were alsome and are our new computer guys.
Thanks Guys,
Jose Garcia
RIP OFF!!! Take money doesn't complete work.
Ruben and his wife Samantha appear to be nice on the surface but terrrible business owners. I, along with four other individuals had to actually get the police involved to to resolve matters of repair and repayment.
After nearly 7 weeks I just got my computer back but not before a Douglas County sherrif had to make the call to these people, My money was not returned and they actually gave me 30.00 back because this was the fee for filing a small claims suit which i had agreed to stop after i recieved my computer and money back I got the computer none of which is working th epart was replaced but now the problems are even worse then when they first picked up .
ANYONE who see thier advertisement should be warned*** they are full of tragic stories and are unable to deliver services they offer and good luck getting your money back FRAUDS>
Avoid AAC.
Try someone else.
All I got were promises and excuses. Repair was never completed after WEEKS of phone calls and emails despite paying for site visit and partial deposit.
And in fact, when I finally took it elsewhere, they replaced other components and said the one AAC said was faulty was in fact fine. And indeed, its been working fine ever since.
