Awful. I would not recommend this salon. I called ahead and was told they were available and had to wait 20minutes when I arrived. I got my nails rebased here and she rushed so much that they are crooked, and a really weird shape. I was very unhappy with the service... she asked me 3 times if i would like a drink, each time i responded water please, to no avail. I was very disappointed at the services received for the cost. I also got a pedicure. The lady next to me who sat down before me (and was getting the same style) was still getting a pedicure after mine was finished, that is inconsistency at it's best.

Run the other way to another place, don't walk!!!!. Venetian Nails and Spa in Highlands Ranch appears to look very upscale as far as nail places go. While I observed many hard working manicurist and pedicurists, the woman whose name is Misty WAS NOT one of them!!!!! I believe she knew Engilish but pretended not to understand what I was saying to her. I paid for the "Make My Day" pedicure which is one of the most expensive ones they have. I stressed to her that I had very dry feet and wanted the works as far as sloughing off the dead skin. Between a very small amount (minimal at best) of sloughing and getting up to get something that she did not have with her taking and several minutes each time (mind you that NO OTHER technician did this), it ruined my day. As soon as I was finished I immediately complained to the owner/manager who spoke to her, but nothing at all was done about such a poor experience. I would have hoped that he would have apologized, or offer to comp me but neither happended. If you do not stand behind your work, you will not last. Word gets out fast about poor customer service and I intend to tell everyone I know in Highlands Ranch NOT to go there!!!! A small gesture would have gone a long way. While he received payment for the "Ruin you Day" pedicure from Misty, he will lose future revenue when word gets out that he DOES NOT stand behind customer satisfaction.

AMAZING!!!!!!. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted and taken care of very quickly. I enjoy the atmosphere and the fact that they really try to accommodate you. I always leave feeling like I spent my money and time well.
