Don't go anywhere else. Complete Appliance Repair has been the most responsive and professional business I've worked with in years.

My oven suddenly would not heat, even though the gas was on. Growing up, it seemed Sears was the place everyone usually called. Well, my Sears experience earlier in the year was one of my worst ones ever, so I turned to Google. Complete Appliance Repair had more positive reviews than any place else I saw, so I sent an email to set up a service call. The next morning, Jayson called to make sure it wasn't anything we could fix over the phone, set up an appointment for the next afternoon (he had time available that day but unfortunately I did not), and gave me an estimate. He showed up within minutes of our agreed-upon time, was courteous, professional, very nice, and he had the stove fixed in under an hour. The repair was within $10 of the estimate also. Complete Appliance Repair will always be my first call when it comes to problems with my appliances now. Forget the big names...go with someone who actually cares and gets the job done right.

Would recommend Complete Appliance Repair to anyone. Last evening about 9:00 we discovered that our Amana refrigerator/freezer was not holding temperature. This morning about 9:00 I called Central Appliance Repair and was told that a repairman would be out within the hour. He came at 9:45, a very amiable man. Diagnosed the problem and replaced a failed part within 30 minutes and he was gone at 10:15. $55 for the call, $50 for labor. That's the good news. I was charged $52.00 for the part but I found later I could have purchased it on the Internet for $6.50. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers and the serious profit margin on the part will have to be looked on as part of the emergency service. Would still recommend.
