NO ANSWER NO SERVICE. They never pick up the phone so I can never make an appointment or ask questions. I called the 1-800 number and yet they still couldn't help me. Let me tell you how much their customer service literally sucks!

Extremely Satisfied Soldier. I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments on my face from the Aurora ALC for the past 6 months. The ladies there have always been charming and wonderful. I've never had any issues with scheduling, I always receive a reminder phone call the day prior to an appointment, and the technician ladies are always delightful and compassionate. I am an Army officer and am sick and tired of shaving every day. I'm almost done with these treatments and will soon be able to go to the field for a week and not need a razor. A week or two after the treatments hairs on my face just slide right out. I take box tape and peel the hairs out dozens at a time. Never having to shave again will be well worth the expense and time.
