DONT GO HERE_ you will be wasting your time. This has been the most frustrating experience i have ever had with a dentist office.....they are booked out for teeth cleaning months in advance....which makes it horrible to try and get an appointment...and they are unable to schedule cleanings and dr's exam's in the same day!! which means that you have to make several appointments,several months in advance.....this is ridiculous,...my work schedule only comes out 1 1/2 months in advance, and they were still unable to accommodate me. my teeth will rot out of my skull before i would be able to get in to see a dentist here. .this fancy place with its waterfall in the lobby and plasma screen tv's is obviously more about "looking the part" then they are about customer service........ i am taking my business elsewhere!!!

I wanted to say thank you to the Dr. Hadley Thurmon and Heather Luebcke, Edda for making my experience one I will never forget! I have been to several Dentists over the years and have never experienced the level of Professionalism and care that I received yesterday.

I have a really bad problem with gagging, which is very embarrassing and they made me me feel like I was the only one in the office. They told me that not matter how long it took to perform a very complicated set of X-rays and Root Canal they were going to make sure it was done and I was comfortable. Dr. Hadley Thurmon was terrific and explained every step as she worked on me. She even sent a text that night to make sure i was doing ok!

Heather Luebcke, Edda. Is such an asset to that Group. She is so upbeat and caring. She Used techniques of distraction to keep me from gagging and was so patient with me throughout the 4.5 hour procedure. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and also explained every procedure that she was performing. I am extremely thankful to both of them. It really felt like I had two Dr.'s working on me.

The entire Staff is so pleasant and they make you feel like you are at a Spa and not at the Dentist. I have finally found a Home at Standley Shores Dental Group.

I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for A Dentist. You will be impressed as I was..

LYING CHEATERS SAID THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE LIES LIES LIES AND NOW I PAY THE PRICE FOR THEIR LIES! IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED GO HERE!!!!!!!!!
