We had to get our sewer line replaced after moving into a new home just last year (we never got it inspected before we purchased). Needless to say we were pretty upset by the whole thing, but working with Done was great and Mike really made sure we knew what was happening and when. Done gave us a free second opinion after getting a quote from another company, and they were way better priced and we felt better equipped the handle the job. All in all, given the circumstances, we are very happy with Done and will use them again if any other issues come up.

When our furnace wouldn't light up on Friday, it's not the greatest feeling. I did some research and found It's Done since I've never needed a furnace fixed before. It meant a lot to me to know It's Done Plumbing and Heating came recommended by both AAA and the Better Business Bureau. I called and though I couldn't get someone out immediately (It was the first cold day of the season, lots of people probably figured out they had an issue), I received a call very quickly to set up an appointment. Adam showed up right on time which was important with our busy schedule. He was very friendly and informative. He listened to my observations of my problem and did a thorough check. He explained everything he was doing and let me know my furnace was great, however, my thermostat was causing the problem. He offered his service and gave a few options. Wires are not my thing and he fixed up everything for us. In less than an hour, my furnace was working great with a new thermostat. The pricing was reasonable and I felt much more comfortable having a professional do the work...and so did my wife! It's Done and Adam went above my expectations. I will be calling them first for all of my future needs. Thank you for your help.

Outstanding! Best plumbing company I've ever had to work with! Both plumbers were on-time and did excellent work. They explained everything to me and gave me price quotes before starting any work. I called at 2:00 A.M. and your company had a plumber out by 9:00 A.M. that same morning. I would recommend your company to anyone I know. Thank you so much for professional and excellent service!

Excellent! Tech discussed everything with me as he was fixing it. Great customer service-very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of fixing what was broken. Suggested preventative actions during repair. Also, triple checked all work that was done.

Nick was my plumber today and did an amazing job. I have never have seen such amazing service. He told/showed me everything he had done today which was some issues with my water heater and having it not to code. He gave me a lot of advice on my new home and even handed out coupons and product information. Nick was VERY informative. I will be calling this company again and tell all my friends. THANK YOU!!

Don't be fooled by the same day service they advertise. When I called the soonest they could get here was in two and a half days. Truth in advetising, hmmmm......

READ THIS!! i cant believe what this company told my mother. She called them for a slow flushing toilet, which they came and augered, and charged her for. Just 3 days later my moms toilet was again not working, filling up to nearly overflowing, draining slowly, so she called DONE back. The plumber is aware that he is dealing with an elderly lady, who is on chemotherapy, feeling very sick, weak, in pain, etc, not like she has the spunk to deal with an idiot like this. he sold her some worthless membership for 99 dollars, told her toilet is no good, all he can do is replace it for 400.00. she said she didnt want it replaced, she wanted it FIXED. which a plumber ought to be able to do right? i can auger a toilet and i can replace one, a plumber should be able to FIX one, thats what all those parts are for at home depot. he said 'well what do you want me to do' and my mom said just leave. which he wouldnt do! he continued to try and sell her the toilet, and their crummy services and he was surely aware that she just wanted to be left alone. ok heres the solution he left her with. HE TOLD HER TO CUT UP HER MEDICATION HARDENED STOOLS WITH A BUTTER KNIFE and then flush them!!! this is ridiculous, no one should be handling waste except a plumber and definately NOT an elderly woman with a compromised immune system !! is he trying to kill her?? she shouldnt even be exposed to cold germs right now and he wants her to handle waste??? true idiots and they will NEVER enter my mothers door again nor anyone else that im able to tell about this.

Excellent everytime!!. These guys are awesome! They show up on time and are very polite. The work gets finished quickly and they leave everything clean and put back together.

Excellent plumbing service. My experience with Done! Plumbing and Heating was a positive one. An appointment was set quickly. The service individual was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient.
