This agency and Farmers don't even deserve even 1 star.

After the wind storm in Longmont last week they sent Help Point another dishonest operation out to my house and wrote me a check for a whopping $ 86.00 to pay for my $7000.00 in damages. I had a $5000.00 deductable but then they held back over $1500.00 more! At Farmers YOU PAY THEY DON'T!

When I threatened to sue Charles Souza (Who is mostly a real estate agent not an insurance agent) he said "I'm not scared of your lawyer" Maybe if he loses enough business he might be. Funny, I never heard from this guy, not even a holiday card while I was paying my premiums...now that I need something he is no where to be found. He is not alone though if you call Farmers corporate office they have all kinds of people call you to "Explain" why they are not paying...like I am some dumb woman! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!
