This bike store is the best bike shop I have ever been associated with. After I purchased my bike the owner gave me a free ride on the bicycle training system that is the coolest thing I have ever seen for training. Its unbelievable and the staff here was exceptional. You will get treated fair and these people go above and beyond for service.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else but Derby Bikes in Thornton. You will receive the best customer service and selection for all of your needs. They help you from the moment that you walk into the door. Bill, the Owner, ensures the proper fit and comfort of your bike and shows you all of the options for any accessories that you may need. On top of it all, they offer you a bottle of ice cold water. A+ service.

poor customer service. This company did not honor my coupon, it was not expired, I suppose the bike shop would rather keep my $10 on a 120.00 repair than have repeat business. I recommend anyone who is interested in this bike shop to beware.
