My carpet looks a million times better. It was dingy and had spots and stains. I have dogs and was so frustrated with the way my carpet was looking. Now, I am thrilled to have clean, beautiful looking carpet again. I guess getting it cleaned a few times a year makes a difference. Customer service is very important to me. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
