I received a text from Endless Ink for a free massage. When I called to get details, I was told that I only had to cover gratuity. I arrived on a Monday for my massage and the massage therapist could not get out of her neighborhood due to snow. I had a massage at 11 and they tell me at 1115 that she is still stuck in Highlands Ranch. Really?? I was then rescheduled for the next Friday. When my massage was done, they wanted to charge me a $25 fee and a $10 shop fee. I spoke to the manager and he apologized that his staff didn't properly explain the text to me because the extraneous letters at the end stood for all the fees I was responsible for. Needless to say, my "free" massage was not free like they claim. Very poor business practices.
