I live in an older home and the temperature is always warmer upstairs than down, in summer it is a nightmare, and then comes winter and we have to grab every blanket throughout the house. Finally we had enough and called up Apple Aire after hearing good things about them from neighbors and friends. They were the only company able to give us different options on how to fix the problem and the price quotes were very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Now our home is one temperature throughout and I can't begin to tell you how amazing that is! Thank you guys so much for making our home truly comfortable for the first time.

I came home from work on a Wednesday afternoon and it was 61 degrees in our house. I went downstairs and turned it off, reset it and prayed that it would start again. I also called the number of the company who had service our furnace in the past and left a message at about 5:30pm that evening stating that we had a urgent problem and needed them to come out and take a look at it as soon as possible. The next morning it was 55 degrees, I hopped on Google and found Apple Aire here, I immediately called the number stated left a message at about 7:10am and the owner had already called me back by 7:20am. (THAT'S 10 MINUTES LATER!!!--I still had no call back from the past company at this time, who I also called before getting on Google and looking up other companies) Apple Aire was out here and everything got fixed by Noon that day. I will NEVER go anywhere else, I appreciated Apple Aire for their urgency and eagerness to help us out.

The carbon monoxide alarm was going off so I called Apple Aire right away, not only was the dispatcher super nice but they had them sent to our home as soon as possible, I believe they were here within an hour or so. I really appreciated the urgency they put on our problem. When the technician got here he knew right away that our boiler was just old, and we were ready for a new one. He helped me pick one within our budget and it was installed and ready to go by the next afternoon. I seriously couldn't be any more happier with the whole project, their urgency to fix it and help us, and how friendly they were to my family and I.

When the furnace went out in our new house I was very concerned. The homeowner came out immediately and checked out the problem, he had an idea of the issue but called Apple Aire to make sure the problem was fixed correctly. Not only did their techs come out right away, they stayed until almost 11 pm fixing the problem! I couldn't believe the level of professionalism and how sincere they were about making sure we were okay. I know that if we ever have another issue I will be calling them up immediately. I strongly encourage everyone to make them #1 on your list for any AC/Heating needs you may have.
