Professional, informative and helpful! Great Customer service if you are looking for heating, cooling or electric needs. Michael Lia , was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was the best servicemen we have had come to our house. My husband and I felt confident in his knowledge, and were very impressed with how hard he worked to get our water heater up and running. He showed up promptly and was thorough in his assessment of our problems. We had our old water heater removed and new one installed in a timely, and thorough manner. I rarely write reviews for service, but was so impressed by Michael Lia and this company I wanted to let others know they are in good hands!

Steve P. is Doctor Plumber!!! He has been curing my plumbing ills for five years, and sadly for him, everything is WELL!!! Once he touches something, it is FIXED!!! Now we are dripless and smiling!!! Detlef is great! Very knowledgeable and efficient. He came out the first time to clean a pipe that was clogged and did such a great job that we requested he come back when our washing machine wasn't draining properly. We intend to ask for him again the next time we need anything plumbing, heating or electric related!

Steve P. and Drilon D. came and did a few minor adjustments to my H2O Harmony Whole House Water Filtration system. The harmony system is outstanding. My wife and I can really tell the difference in the taste of our water, we use less soap and our clothes and dishes are a lot cleaner with no hard water spots, also just taking a shower, our skin and hair is much softer. Fantastic System and Company. Steve and Drilon did a great job making the adjustments

Jon Miller was more than excellent. He actually saved me over 2000.00 dollars last week. He helped me find the problem, turn off the water valve, and even helped me with the clean-up of tools after we stopped the water leak. He had a great mannerism that just seemed to say I am here to help what can I do. I was very impressed and I am normally a very had person to impress as I expect quality from paid professionals. Jon is a quality professional!

The service was great! What started out as a kitchen faucet replacement turned into a hot water pipe leak in the basement. After Adam got here we started evaluating the age of the hot water heater due to corrosion on the fittings. So now we have both a new faucet, a leak repair, and a new, better hot water heater. Adam certainly went the extra mile for us in a frustrating situation. He certainly knows the plumbing business and cares about his customers. We certainly felt confidant in his expertise.

Emergency plumbing repairs are never fun - The technicians at Doctor Fix-It are Pros. My technician, Drilon was very professional and I could tell right away that he knew exacly what to do. He quickly reviewed the trouble, made the repairs and even replaced our water heater in record time. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them for any Heating/Cooling, Electrical, and of course plumbing repairs.
