While the decor at PF Chang's is highly stylized and beautiful, the food is merely adequate. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's nothing special either. Each waiter blends their own sauce "recipe" for the table, but with a choice of only three ingredients, they're all remarkably similar. If it's a slow night and you can be seated right away, it's a convenient place to eat. If the wait is long, you may as well go somewhere else.
